Area Plan for the North and West – Sites identified during the Preliminary Publicity Stage

Cabinet Office, in preparing an Area Plan for the North and West has become aware of 34 Sites (including site amendments) that are to be assessed and considered for inclusion within the Draft Plan.

Update 1st October 2021 -  Site RM010 has been added to the consultation to reflect the area suggested as being suitable for a Ramsey Marina

Why your views matter

Cabinet Office, in preparing the Area Plan for the North and West commenced the Preliminary Publicity stage on the 16 of April 2021, during the course of that consultation Cabinet Office, has become aware of 34 Sites (including site amendments) that will be carried forward to the site assessment stage in preparation of the Draft Area Plan.

The purpose of this consultation is to give adequate publicity to those sites identified and allow opportunity for comment prior to the formulation of the draft Area Plan for the North and West in the coming months.

What happens next

Cabinet Office is in the process of assessing those sites received through the preliminary publicity prior to the drafting of the maps and written statement for the Area Plan for the North and West.
