Preliminary Publicity

Overview

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1999, the Cabinet Office gives notice that it is preparing an Area Plan for the East of the Island.

The plan area will include the following six Local Authority areas:

• the Borough of Douglas
• the District of Onchan
• the Parishes of Braddan, Garff (Laxey and Lonan Wards only), Marown and Santon
