After considering the response, we made a some changes to the legislation. These are detailed in the consultation response document.

Overview
We are in the process of replacing and updating elements of the existing aviation safety legislation and this consultation is part of a wider package covering all aspects of aviation in the Isle of Man. This consultation covers the aspects of the proposed legislation relating to the provision of air traffic services in the Isle of Man.
