After considering the responses, it was decided not to make any significant changes to the intent of the order.

We are in the process of replacing and updating elements of the existing aviation safety legislation and this consultation is part of a wider package covering all aspects of aviation in the Isle of Man and for Isle of Man registered aircraft. This consultation covers the aspects of the proposed legislation relating to the safe transport of dangerous goods by air.
