A small number of comments were received from those insurers likely to be considered as “designated” insurers under the proposed requirements, which we responded to in a paper published on 7 May 2019.
We did
Taking account of the feedback received we issued The Insurance (Group Supervision) Regulations 2019 and Corporate Governance Code of Practice for Designated Insurers were implemented on 1 July 2019.
Overview
This consultation sets out proposed requirements for insurance groups for which the Authority anticipates acting as Group Supervisor.
