Overview
This consultation sets out the proposal for a new Gambling (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) Code 2019 which will replace the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Online Gambling) Code 2013 and will apply to online gambling operators, casinos and bookmakers. Please note that the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority launched a consultation on other aspects of the Island’s AML/CFT framework on 13th February 2019.
