Customs & Excise Customer Survey
Overview
Customs & Excise is a Division of the Treasury and is responsible for the collection of VAT, Customs and Excise duty on the Isle of Man. As part of its role Customs & Excise have contact with businesses and individuals through a range of channels. The survey will be undertaken to understand the overall customer experience and if there are any improvements that could be made to the services we provide. The survey is being carried out over the three main customer groups; individuals, businesses and agents.
