  • Modifications to the Draft Area Plan for the North and West

    The Draft Area Plan for the North and West was published in June 2022 with a Public Inquiry being held in July 2024. In November 2024, Cabinet Office published the Inspector’s Report on the Inquiry which detailed a number of recommended changes to be made to the Draft Plan. After carefully considering the Report and its recommendations, Cabinet Office now proposes to adopt the Area Plan for the North and West with Modifications, the effect of these Modifications has now been published....
