GSC consultation on civil penalties and guidance
Overview
Further to an informal consultation exercise earlier in the year, the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission has today issued a consultation on –
- A draft Gambling (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) Civil Penalties Order, and
- Draft GSC guidance in respect of the Gambling (Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism) Act 2018 and the draft Order.
The Order and Guidance are applicable to regulated gambling businesses and the Commission welcomes feedback from interested parties.
