This questionnaire being conducted by the Select Committee of Tynwald on Population Rebalancing seeks to understand the experiences of those giving birth in the Isle of Man, together with the experience of bringing up a child on-Island.

(With this in mind, please be advised that, at Question 5 the subject of those choosing not to have children is covered).
