A large percentage of rape is not reported for a variety of reasons, the mental scaring of such actsfor the victim can be cataclysmic. An unwanted pregnancy and the stress of reporting the violation of the rape should in no way be mandatory to the termination of the pregnancy. Even the notion of this is inhuman and archaic.
